His concern for food and nutrition led him to study Agriculture (Agr. Univ.of Athens, MSc). During his journey, which started with pioneering organic work in Greece, he discovered that only “happy plants” can offer food able to support the human being in all its components: body, soul and spirit. So he converted to biodynamics, which he applies, studies and promotes since 2002.
